Package prices are service fees only. Groceries are separate and reimbursed at cost, plus a 15% grocery-handling fee.
GROCERY STOCKING
Arrive at a fully stocked villa with groceries and refreshments purchased, delivered, and neatly arranged before your arrival.
Delivery & Villa Stocking Fee — $75
Personal-Shopping Fee — 20% of the grocery receipt
Minimum Service Charge — $125
Groceries are billed separately at cost. Applicable 12% government tourism tax is added to service fees. Additional fees may apply for large orders, multiple-store requests, distant villas, or rush service.
POLICIES
Groceries: Service fees do not include groceries. We handle all ingredient shopping, and the client reimburses the receipt total plus a 15% grocery-handling fee.
What’s Included: Personalized menu planning, ingredient shopping, professional chef service, and complete kitchen cleanup after each meal.
Guest Count: Pricing is based on the final confirmed number of guests, including children. Please notify us of any changes in advance.
Dietary Accommodations: We are happy to accommodate allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests when communicated in advance.
Holiday & Large-Group Fees: Additional fees may apply for holidays, peak dates, and larger events.
Booking Policy: Dates are secured only after the required non-refundable deposit has been received.
