Chef Wayne S Gardiner an young internationally trained Turks Islander who found his passion for food at the age of 16 when he participated in the little chef’s program held yearly on island. He came from quite a big family despite having five little sisters and being the only son. After high school he moved to the United Kingdom to further his education in culinary arts, all together he spent five years. While abroad he managed to work in El Gato Negro a tapas restaurant which was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and The French by Adam Reid which was awarded 4AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Wayne returned back home doing what he loves and his goal is to always make sure the guest has the best culinary experience while on vacation and develop a bond while doing so. After working along with 6ix private chef and catering the top private chef company in the Turks and Caicos, Wayne is now focused and determined to take that big step and provide services of his own.
